Why Coaching?

I became a leadership coach because I want to help other leaders transform themselves and their organizations.

Mission

I provide tailored leadership coaching to each client based on their needs.
My job is to help you achieve your goals so you can become a more effective leader.
Together, we will build a leadership plan for you to achieve your short-term and long-term goals.

George Mason University Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being Program.
Masters in Business degree with a concentration in Financial Management.
Doctorate in Leadership and Organizational innovation

Licenses and Credentials

Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Background

After over 20 years as a small business owner and manager for the Federal Government, I started my coaching practice to help managers and their teams optimize their full potential.
In addition to being a licensed coach, I am an active member of the International Coaching Federation, a global non-profit organization dedicated to the benefits of coaching.
When I'm not coaching, you can find me playing with my dogs, reading a good book, or relaxing with my husband.

Professionalism and Experience

What is an Associate Certified Coach?

An Associate Certified Coach (ACC) has completed at least 60 hours of training, and is an experienced coach who have completed at least 100+ hours of coaching.

An ACC has demonstrated knowledge and emerging proficiency in the application of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and definition of coaching.

ACC earners show a commitment to high ethical standards and have demonstrated, through rigorous assessment, professional competence in their work.
